What to Expect
First Workshop: Mindset- Sunday 4th January 2026
The session will be focused on your mind. Your habits, beliefs and the stories you keep telling yourself that stop you from achieving what you are truly capable of.
Second Workshop: Method- Sunday 11th January 2026
The session will be focused on the 'how'. The method, tools, frameworks and structure that will make it much easier for you to follow through with the goals you want to achieve in 2026 and beyond.
Third Workshop: Meet- Sunday, 18th January 2026
A powerful, session where we reflect, refine your goals and expand on the above alongside a community of people who will understand, support and grow with you. This is the perfect opportunity to share challenges you have been facing since testing the tools from the first two sessions and participate in a collective Q&A with me.Expect connection, grounding, and real support. You’ll walk away with a plan you can follow all year, not just a burst of motivation that fades after two weeks.
For those who do not live in the UK or are unable to join the in person event, another virtual workshop will take place on the 17th January at 12pm GMT.
All virtual sessions will be recorded and available to watch back until the 31st January, so if you're unable to join live you can watch back the workshops at your own convenience.
